Stephanie DeSantis will be available 2-8 pm, M-F, and all day Saturday & Sunday (except for her yoga classes 10 am/6pm). She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Therapy massage. Book a session with Stephanie and treat yourself to some self-care and relaxation. You can receive treatment at the Fit Haus with a special offer of $50 for a 60 minute Swedish massage (mention this offer when booking), or Stephanie will travel within a 10 mile radius of the studio and bring her skills to you!

We believe that the world will be a better place when more people are happy and healthy inside their bodies. 360 Fit Haus was founded to fill the gap between strong classical Pilates instruction and contemporary strength-training techniques. As exercise science evolves, it becomes imperative for fitness professionals to stay educated and pass new information and programming on to clients. We believe in education and functional movements so you move better, feel better, and live better. Pilates is a proven method of safe and effective strength training, and we stay true to those roots while adding our enhanced knowledge of shoulder and hip mechanics to functional movements you do in your daily activties.

Investment Options

We offer monthly payments, so you don't have to pay for membership fees or large packages. Look at the upcoming month's schedule, and book your sessions accordingly, like any other important appointment. If you are able to schedule your classes three months at at time, we offer 10% off of that commitment. There is no good reason to not invest in yourself. Gift certificates are also available at the studio to give family and friends the gift of health.
