Why We're Different 

We take pride in our education, and we offer only the most individualized attention possible. We will NEVER offer large group classes as there is no one-size-fits -all exercise program. There is absolutely no substitute for personalized training, despite what you may have read or heard about group classes being appropriate for all levels. Each person's mental and physical needs are unique, and only our focused attention coupled with the intense precision of correct form and alignment can guarantee muscle re-patterning, leading to lasting change in the body. We use all the classical pieces of Pilates apparatus with a contemporary training approach. We blend classical and contemporary Pilates repertoire with traditional bodyweight training to give our clients a well-rounded program.  

You are encouraged to take your health seriously by strength training at least twice per week, although our signature blended workouts are safe enough to be done every day. Only your commitment can show results. We tend to attract those discerning clients who are interested in building a functional, strong, and flexible body through long-term actions and lifestyle habits. A typical session is 50-55 minutes, including warm-up and cool down. A full body workout will be completed unless you're experiencing an injury. Lifestyle and nutritional coaching can be added on to your training by request.

We offer monthly payments, so you don't have to pay for membership fees or large packages. Look at the upcoming month's schedule, and book your sessions accordingly, like any other important appointment. If you are able to schedule your classes three months at at time, we offer 10% off of that commitment. There is no good reason to not invest in yourself. Gift certificates are also available at the studio to give family and friends the gift of health.

Pre-natal fitness/post-natal strength gain, weight loss, and pelvic rehabilitation
We recommend private instruction for our moms because of the signficantly different needs of the body due to pregnancy and childbirth. Pre-natal Pilates is a safe and gentle way to increase deep abdominal strength to support the weight of the baby, relieve lower back and hip discomfort, improve posture to ease the spinal strain, and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles used for labor and delivery. After the birth, post-natal Pilates rehabilitates the pelvic and abdominal regions, increases upper body strength for carrying and lifting the growing baby, and increases overall physical and mental energy. (You must have doctor approval to start a pre-natal fitness program, as well as returning to exercise afterwards.)
