Join yoga instructor Jennifer Webster for four fun and informative Workshops on The Power of Alignment. We'll be breaking down the physiology of our bodies to better inform how we practice and live, starting from our foundation (our feet) and moving upwards. Each workshop will be held from 1:00-3:00 pm. All levels welcome, open to both students and professionals.

The workshops will be a mixture of lecture and practice, so bring something to take notes, and wear clothing that is easy to move around in. RSVP for as many topics as you are interested in, or select “Complete Series” for the most in-depth exploration and integration of the concepts.
