The postpartum body is one that is undergoing an immense amount of change and healing. Often new mothers feel like they are in a completely different body after pregnancy and labor, particularly regarding the recovery both functionally an aesthetically of their abdominal muscles and pelvic floor muscles. They don’t know where to start on the road to recovery in an effort to rebuild a body that is healthy, strong and capable.

This workshop is designed for mothers, at any stage of their postpartum healing, and offers easy-to-understand information concerning their abdominals, including concerns like diastasis recti, and pelvic floor restoration for optimal postpartum healing. The workshop is designed to educate women in their postpartum body and way to practically and safely promote healing through a fun, creative Pilates mat class.
